How will we use your details? Your card payments for goods you buy from us and also to deliver the goods to you, or we might give your details to our carrier if they deliver on our behalf. We do not hold any credit card details, when you provide these to us over the phone we use the details to take the authorized amount and then securely destroy all records of the details.

1-Ordering and paying You can buy our products in our on-line shop. If you have any questions about products not displayed on the website or if you wish to place an order by telephone. To make a purchase, you need to complete the following steps: . Find the product you want to buy and put it in the basket. . You may then return and continue shopping. . Check the items in your basket. . Accept the terms of sale and delivery. . Enter your contact details and delivery address. Go to order. . Check that all information is correct, including delivery method, accept and proceed to payment. .Enter your card details and execute the payment. 2-Warranties (right to complain) When you shop on-line with AHA, you have a general 24-month warranty. AHA reserves the right to reject a complaint if there has been improper use of the product or if the product has been manipulated/modified by a third party, including attempted repairs. Cane-line alone decides the above. 3-Availability Items and their delivery time are subject to availability. If we are unable to deliver an item, we will inform you thereof as quickly as possible. You will receive a full refund if you have already paid for the item(s). 4-Changing an order You can change the contents of your basket right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the ‘Go to secure payment’ button. Your order will subsequently be processed by Cane-line and can no longer be changed. 5-Packing and shipping All products are shipped in our standard packaging to ensure the best and safest delivery. 6-Change and cancellation of order We can guarantee that an order will be cancelled before the item is shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped, it may be cancelled free of charge. If your order has been shipped, you are obliged to pay the shipping costs. AHA may cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item(s). You will be notified if such a situation should arise, and any payment or reservation of an amount charged to a means of payment will be cancelled and refunded. AHA may cancel your order due to typographic errors, technical problems, delivery failure or similar situations.
